The Stellar Performance CEO Awards celebrates Ghana’s top executives who demonstrate transformational leadership, ethical governance, and measurable impact across industries. The 4th edition recognizes excellence in 25 categories, each highlighting distinct aspects of leadership, innovation, sustainability, and societal contribution.

Whether you are nominating a peer, a board member, or submitting a self-nomination, this page provides all the information, criteria, and guidance you need to submit a credible, jury-ready nomination.

Recognises executives delivering sustained organisational performance, strategic vision, and industry leadership.

2. Managing Director of the Year

Honours leaders achieving operational excellence, turnaround success, and disciplined execution.

3. Transformational Leadership Award

Celebrates executives who have led major organisational change with measurable impact.

  • What major transformation was led?

4. Ethical Leadership & Integrity Award

Recognises leaders exemplifying transparency, accountability, and trust in decision-making.

  • Provide examples of ethical decision-making under pressure.

5. Lifetime Leadership Excellence Award

Honours individuals whose long-term leadership legacy has transformed institutions, sectors, or communities.

How to Nominate

  1. Review the award categories below and select the most appropriate one.
  2. Complete the official nomination form (PDF or online form).
  3. Provide evidence of impact: financial results, ESG initiatives, media coverage, or endorsements.
  4. Submit by 15 March 2026.

Note: Only one nomination per form is allowed. Supporting documents strengthen the submission.

  • Nominator Details: Name, organisation, title, email, phone, and relationship to nominee
  • Nominee Profile: Name, title, organisation, sector, years in role, LinkedIn profile
  • Award Category Selection: Choose one category per form
  • Executive Summary (500 words max): Focus on measurable leadership outcomes
  • Leadership Impact & Performance: Strategic vision, results, governance, people & culture
  • Category-Specific Questions: Tailored to the selected award
  • Supporting Documentation: Annual reports, ESG reports, media coverage, board commendations
  • Declaration: Confirm accuracy of submission

Supporting Your Nomination

  • Use quantitative data (growth, profitability, ESG metrics) wherever possible

Deadline

All nominations must be submitted by 15 March 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
